Rockwell Collins has completed its acquisition of Airshow, first announced in June. Rockwell Collins Commercial Systems executive vice president and COO Bob Chiusano, said, ‘The acquisition of Airshow complements Rockwell Collins' product portfolio and allows us to extend our industry leadership in system development and integration by providing complete cabin electronics
solutions tailored to our customers needs.’

California-based Airshow employs some 330 employees in the US and France. Its suite of systems includes cabin environmental controls, passenger information and entertainment, business support systems, network capabilities and passenger flight information.
